Shipping Info

Machete Premium Cuts is an independently owned brand all run by one individual. 

 

Items are pressed in house and can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to ship out. 

**International orders can take up to 2 months. So please consider this when ordering and be patient.**

If you require tracking on an order outside of Canada please contact us first. There will be an additional charge.

Single T-shirt orders are shipped via letter mail to keep shipping costs down and DO NOT come with the option of tracking.
 
There is no added charge for parcel tracking in Canada, Tracking will only be provided if requested. 

Insured items is extra, please contact for rates, it is no longer the companies responsibility for lost or damaged items if you have not paid for the insurance. 

Mistakes made on the customers behalf  when ordering are not the companies responsibility and any additional fees for parcel release and reshipping will be covered by the customer in full or products will be forfeited. ( examples ) Wrong shipping address, incomplete shipping address, failure to update shipping address if needed before item is shipped out.
