2. If ordering within Canada your merchandise is not subject to a border fee, like when you order from the United States. (Which can cost you $15 to $20 more on your already paid for merchandise.)

4.Our prices are on par with other online shops and are most often cheaper or the same as retail establishments, except with us you do not have to wait in line at a busy store or deal with dreadful parking lot traffic, your product is delivered directly to you the customer.

FAQ
-Online orders within Canada and the U.S are generally recieved within 2 to 3 weeks upon purchase, in most cases sooner. Orders overseas will arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase date.
-Pickups from our home office can be done Monday to Friday 9 to 5. But please call or email ahead. ( 613 421 9595 or fashionmassacre@hotmail.com ) Weekend pickups are fine as long as we have 1 days notice prior to pickup.
{ RETURN POLICY }
All merchandise is inspected by Machete Premium Cuts upon recieving, and re shipping. All our orders are double checked before they are sent to the customer, but mistakes can happen and in the event of one of the following happening please contact us right away at fashionmassacre@hotmail.com
Merchandise can only be returned if it has not been washed or worn, if merchandise is found to be either washed or worn upon return inspection the policy regarding your merchandise will be void. The customer will then be notified of this by email and there order will be shipped back COD.
Merchandise can only be exchanged or store credited after 1 month of purchasing date, this give the customer enough time to recieve there purchased goods and inspect it. Please contact us ASAP if you have found something wrong with your order so as we can fix it for you right away.
In the event of a wrong size, Machete Premium Cuts will only absorb the shipping costs of re shipping an item only if it is found to be (our mistake). We put descriptions of what each item is printed on so as the customer knows ahead as to how the product will fit. Exchanges on sizes can be made if the item was sent as specified in the order by customer, at the cost of the customer if item does not fit and they wish to exchange for a different size.
If the purchased item is found to be damaged in anyway please contact us right away.
